What is the fulfillment time lead?


Quick-ship items: 1–2 weeks. Standard production: 8–12 weeks. Custom work varies by vendor and volume.

Can I use my own freight carrier?


Yes. Absolutely.

What file formats do you provide for procurement?


PDF tear/spec sheets, CSV/Excel exports, and project summaries. EDI-compatible exports on request.

How are damages and shortages handled?


Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos and BOL notes. We process replacements or parts with the manufacturer.

Do you offer installation services?
